</p>
<p>For an international project we are looking for an experienced
Python Software Engineer (f/m, full-time, Vienna).</p>
<p class="block">CERT.at is the Austrian national CERT (Computer
Emergency Response Team). It is the information exchange for IT
Security in the national context. CERT.at connects various CERTs
in the sectors of critical infrastructure information and
communication technology and publishes warnings, alerts and tips
for small and mediums-sizes businesses. In case of IT security
attacks at national level CERT.at coordinates, informs the
respective network operators and the competent local IT security
teams.</p>
<h2 class="block">Your responsibilities<br>
</h2>
<ul>
<li class="block">advancement of existing open source projects,
especially IntelMQ</li>
<li class="block">new development based on requirements of the
European CERT network</li>
<li class="block">EU-wide collaboration with project partners and
the community<br>
</li>
<li class="block">assistance in all phases of the software
development process<br>
</li>
<li class="block">Handling external and internal technical
inquiries<br>
</li>
<li class="block">assistance to give workshops and training<br>
</li>
</ul>
<h2 class="block">Your qualifications<br>
</h2>
<ul>
<li class="block">several years of software development experience
with Python<br>
</li>
<li class="block">experience in web front-end development,
databases (especially Postgres) and authentication systems
(OAuth) is of advantage<br>
</li>
<li class="block">experience in coordination and documentation of
Open Source projects is advantageous<br>
</li>
<li class="block">experience with version control systems (git)<br>
</li>
<li class="block">flawless English in speech and writing<br>
</li>
<li class="block">capacity for teamwork, reliability, accuracy<br>
</li>
<li class="block">independent work and self-initiative<br>
</li>
<li class="block">good repute, willingness for examination of §55
SPG<br>
</li>
<li class="block">fulfilled civil/military service<br>
</li>
<li class="block">willingness for business trips<br>
</li>
</ul>
